About the Choir
The Rexburg Children's Choir is an ensemble of approximately 100 singers ages 9 to 17 based in the rural community of Rexburg, Idaho. And although the choir is tucked away amid the potato farms of Idaho, it is making a global impact, reaching millions through online streaming, radio broadcasts, and social media. The choir's work has also been recognized on national broadcasts of NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt and Inside Edition.
The choir performs a wide range of music, from classical to contemporary, and has had the opportunity to collaborate with well-known artists like Disney ENCANTO star Adassa, David Archuleta, Jenny Oaks Baker, Mat & Savanna Shaw, Frederica von Stade, GENTRI, and Fernando Ortega. These collaborations have helped the choir extend its reach and showcase the talents of its young members to a broader audience.
The choir’s motto, "Seek to Express, not to Impress," underscores its commitment to fostering genuine musical expression and helping each singer develop their own voice.
